The aim is to build a networking community that will embrace, develop and retain its own sharp talent. The Fellows Program I=has been expanded into a larger partnerships with the GMC and United Way called Young Men United. He also serves as Director of Operations, for OneMke- whose mission is to transform leadership and relationships across the diverse pipeline of talent in the city of Milwaukee. These commitments reflect the legacy he desires to leave and the impact to make upon his community, especially his namesake, John Daniels IV.

Elder John Windom Daniels III was ordained into the ministry officially on March 4, 2010.  However, those who know him from childhood through college have often remarked upon his heart for servant leadership. At the helm for over five years, Pastor John, as he is affectionately called, has created a culture of powerful worship and practical word at OMZNJ. Here he strives to provide teaching which is Biblically sound, packageable and directly relevant to the lives of the parishioners. In doing so, he has planted seeds and watched them grow!
